Vintage Union Made Filson Wool All Use Coat Wool Mackinaw

Regular price $265.00 $0.00

For sale is a rare bird--a Filson Union Made All Use Coat.  While structurally this resembles a Filson Mackinaw Cruiser, the green label identifies it as a Filson All Use Coat and there are additions to the standard Filson Cruiser build that differentiate it from your standard Mackinaw.  Additions include leather binding on the cuffs of the jacket as pictured as well as elbow patches to aid in lengthening the life of the garment.  Judging by the snaps and pocket placement on this one, I suspect it was produced in the 1960's.  There is a small hole between the top and lower pockets on the left front side of the jacket and a few dropped stitches on the left sleeve by the cuff but that's about it as far as damage to the rare specimen.

Condition is as is.
